McKinney Meats is dedicated to the best quality meats and providing great customer service to the community and businesses. We strive daily to provide a clean, healthy and friendly environment for our customers with great pricing for all of our products.

At McKinney Meats we are also dedicated to preserving the history of the meat shops and the families that owned the meat shop before us.

Ron and Carol’s Meats

Carol, Ron, and Shawn Regula; and Pam Sergent.

In the early 1980s Ron Regula opened the original meats shop, Ron and Carol’s Meats. Ron and Carol did an outstanding job supporting the local community by offering several items like; fresh meat, cheese, chips, eggs, milk, pop and pizza to name a few. After several years of success, they sold the business to the Miceli family.

Miceli’s Quality Meats

In the late 1980s the Miceli’s took over the business and between Jim and his brother, the Miceli’s Quality Meats was in place for over 26 years until September of 2017.

Jim and his wife Audra Miceli served the community well with fresh quality meats and expanded the business by adding an additional meat case to almost double the selection of products. Jim and Audra’s children Kristin and Anthony also assisted throughout the years.

After several years of success, Jim joined the New Philadelphia Fire Department, where he currently still serves the community. Audra took over of the daily operations until sold in 2017. Kristin and Anthony are both graduates from Dover High. Jim and Audra are planning soon to retire and travel.
